Constructing a regional cultural centre in KSA
Pace is appointed to manage the construction of Tayma Museum located in Tayma. Tayma is a large oasis located in North West Saudi Arabia and one of the oldest settlements in the country, and even the whole Arabian Peninsula.
The museum building is 3 storeys high, including a split ground floor and mezzanine level. The building houses a main entrance hall, exhibition halls, library, administrative offices, reading room, retail units and cafeteria.
Set adjacent to an abundance of green park space, the museum will cover an area of 22,000sqm.
