Hilton Resort
Mangaf, Kuwait
Located on a prime section of Mangaf beachfront covering 147,000 sqm, the Hilton Resort offers a diversity of hotel and leisure facilities that have come to be expected from the Hilton name around the world. The contemporary design makes best use of a variegated Jordanian stone cladding set amongst water gardens and defined curving walkways lined with plants and trees. The development is able to offer 210 rooms, 138 private chalets of which 18 are luxury as well as a beach club, a marina with 150 moorings, water sports facilities, restaurants and a variety of recreational facilities.
The northern section of project contains the hotel, staff housing, and access roads behind the marina. The middle and south sections contain the standard chalets and the VIP chalets respectively. The area was gently undulating so the four-unit chalets are slightly raised above the first row to allow for better views to the gulf. All 18 of the waterfront VIP chalets are provided with a terraced garden and separate entrances.
